Bac water shelf life when top pierced?

Just wondering how long bac water is safe to use for when the top has been pierced?
 
I am ordering my 2 vials of melanotan II and need to buy a bottle of bac water, but obvs will only be using one vial at a time.  
 
Just checking how long bac water is safe to use for after keeping refridgerated and being opened.

Just buy 2 lots of water. It doesn't have to be bac water either, normal saline is fine.
