paledude, with more due diligence you will find that great suppliers are carefully protected (kept on the DL) to manage risk that too much attention will attract regulation, given this is a public forum.  so there is a delicate balance to be appreciated.  
 
also, with enough reading, you would know that Pedro is well respected on this board for good reason.  its suboptimal to question/invite claims of 'scam' etc b/c as the moderator pointed out, there is a slippery slope to shilling & smearing from rogue suppliers and their affiliates.  
 
so now you have your PM from Pedro; overall, your questions are valid. some have even suggested a rating system for available suppliers.  too many issues crop up though (one being you are putting best suppliers up for target by regulation, another being drones/trolls/shill merchants could bump up ratings) its simply optimal to handle offline/in private.  
 

health risk should be #1 concern; agreed.  those objectives overlap/are linked.  its not about a particular member manufacturing themselves, but you may find they procure from otherwise less known suppliers and keep them on the DL (as the rational player should to manage THEIR LONGTERM health risk over many years of usage).  
 
so i think its a "tough ask" for someone whose top concern is their longterm health with a quality supplier they have found to simply give that up to you in a public forum.  why?  because like you, they are rational and their #1 concern is their own health.  giving it up to you introduces longterm procurement risk and therefore health risk in switching/searching for an alternate supplier should regulation come down.  
 
with all that said, i have heard europatan mentioned here and TanResearch on other sites; these may represent some of the "mass market web sites" you mention
 
pls let us know what you find though; its certainly a worthwhile exercise...not trying to minimize your efforts.  just trying to share some complexities in this space that I found.

I can get it for 20 pounds a vial

The stuff am using atm doesn't give me an increased libido, but it still does the job.  I am only able to inject 0.5 because the nausea is bad. I may supplement with PTP 141 as I miss the much wanted side effects of other suppliers peptide. Increased libido I liked!
