Pale is beautiful for a young person, don't tan until you are already wrinkly and blotchy because then a tan helps. I don't want to p*as on any bodies parade but if your skin is already flawless yet pale it is better and easier to make good with makeup than sun ravaged skin with or without melanotan-1 or melanotan II. I don't think anybody in their forties including myself would make the same tanning decissons if we where 17 again but once you have the sun damage the only thing that seems to help is a tan. Forget jealous people who say you are too pale. Not meaning to sound like an old fool but think carefully before trying to change colour ask yourself how many years you can keep this up or is it better to make the most of your real colour. I am feeling hypocritical now because I have chased a good tan for 20 years or more and now I am trying melanotan-1 but when I look at pictures of me at 17 I think I would probably have a better natural skin tone now had I not bothered with tanning beds and sun bathing so much on holiday. Good luck with whatever you decide and if you are taking the melanotan II deffo listen to the people on here about keeping your dose low it is potent stuff apparently. I am only on my second vial of melanotan-1 and my skin is darkening with only 3 15min UVA sunbed sessions although I am skin type 2.

Injecting has been horrible with me. After I slowly pull the syringe out, the area is red and swollen. Next my ears start ringing and I have nausea really bad. Anyone else having these problems???  

Haven't had any symptoms lately so I'm going to continue. Will upload pics later

Thanks guys. I just read wmt's "the slow responders thread" and I have to say it does scare me a bit because he took about over 100mg and barely had any results. I know I probably shouldn't worry since I'm only a week into this but I guess I'm just really doubtful that it will work for me. I will continue using it tho.

Check your messages, your on the right track but there's a few pointers that will help.

I do understand each person's body reacts differently and I know I have been getting pretty impatient and discouraged because I have seen other logs with some people taking high dosages and having great results in a week or few. However, I'm going to decrease my dosage back to .5mg. So far I noticed that I have new dark spots all over and my stomach/legs are slightly darker. My face, chest, and arms are still pretty pale. I have been in the tanning bed for a TOTAL of 35 minutes and have had little outdoor exposure from the sun so that may be a possibility as to why I barely have any color.  
 
The reason I have been using a tanning bed is because I am trying to get an even tan (who wants tan lines?haha). I always have makeup on my face and bronzer on my body(embarrassed of my pale skin) when I am in public. Would any of you suggest that I tan outdoors with bronzer on?
