The Fair skinned Mexican

So my boyfriend bought me the Melanotan II after begging for it for my Valentines day gift (He got something fab too but I cant say yet cause it's a surprise.)
Anyway I did my first injection an hour ago. I'm a little drunk right now. Not really, but I chugged a glass of moscato before poking myself because i'm too chicken to do it without some kind of crutch. It didn't hurt at all, I feel like a big baby now.

How I measured
I looked at all the ways to measure it and it made my head spin so I just did this instead (since the bottle is too small to fit the amount it said) I figure I'm a little over 200 lbs and that weight is at .5 per injection, that's 20 injections in a bottle so I added 60 notches on the syrange and then took 3 notches of it. (you know 60/20) It made more sense than all of the different units of measurement  between the countries.

How am I feeling?
Well, like I said, I'm a little drunk, so its hard to discern what is the Melanotan and whats the booze. My appetite disappeared within a half hour, I don't feel queezy per-se but I'm def feeling a little off, like I chugged a gallon of water and its all sloshing in there. My skin reddened in my face and is slowly dying down. The injection spot, while it didn't hurt, did itch for a few minutes - though I may just be over aware of that area.

Pics?
I've attached a photo of me in the dead of winter, and my profile photo is me with a fabo spray-tan from Vegas.

About my skin
I think I'm at about a 2 maybe 1.5 on the skin type scale? I can tan but I can also burn pretty bad. In my peak I would go tanning 5 times a week for the max amount and never got as dark as my profile photo with the spray tan. I've got freckles on my shoulders all the time and very light ones on my face when I do have a tan.

Why am I doing this?
As you can see I've clearly got Mexican features (from my father) and my mothers very fair skin. The bottom line is I would like to look like the race I most identify with and tanning hasn't gotten me there. Plus if I do say so myself I've got some lovely green eyes that just glow when I have a darker complexion.

Anyway, I hope I have the discipline to keep up with photos and updates to share with everyone (I looked at so many when I was researching and it helped me a lot) I PROMISE next time I won't be drunk!

OK! I've just taken my 5th shot
My first shot did make me a little queezy after all, I thought I would loose it at one point.
But the second shot and each one there after has given me no sickness. HOWEVER I seem to nap terribly after each one.
I'm disappointed (and so is the boyfriend) that I'm not horny from it yet. I actually seem less interested, and the shot makes me very gassy so I've started taking an anti-gas pill during each one. (Actually my first bout of sickness was I'm pretty sure gassiness also) I've found that my appetite isn't suppressed any. I'm starting to wonder if I got a bad batch or something because all this is doing is making me fart and burp a lot. Has anyone else had this happen?

Well I've finished my first 10mg
I went to the tanner today for 12 minutes (the bed is old and the bulbs were cold, I had intended on half that time)
I've got what I would call a weeks worth of tanning in that session. So I'ts not bad but I'm not blown away by any means.

Up until now I havent experienced any of the positive side effects of the peptide. After tanning and taking a shower I did feel rather amerous and I haven't craved anything to eat since this afternoon. Is it possible that the effects didn't kick in until after UV exposure?

I'm mixing my second bottle of 10mg as we speak.

There isn't enough change yet to show in photograph but I'll post more once I see a development. I'm considering going again tomorrow to tan.

I've had bad gas, sore joints and some piercing chest pains. I've looked at the site and saw this was mentioned many times. I've got a theory. When I had surgery several years ago via laproscopy (sp) Part of the procedure is to inflate the abdomen with carbon dioxide so they have room to work. The reason for the dioxide is because the body can absorb it naturally if any is left inside. After they deflated me, my joints were terribly sore and I got the exact same piercing pains in my side and chest. (I've got what they call a miteral valve prolapse that causes pains in my heart as strong as a males heart attack, but doesn't cause damage. I know these chest pains were not heart trouble as many feared) Anyway I THINK the cause for the sore joints and the chest pains is a result of extreme gassiness. It's building up in the system and without a way to completely evacuate is absorbing into the body.  Just a thought. It feels exactly the same as before. I've managed to stave off those pains by taking an anti gas pill each time i dose.

It's been about a week and I'm growing more and more surprised at the results.
I went tanning for 10 minutes on friday and 20 minutes on sunday
My town is populated by 80% native americans so there are no real tanning salons here, I went to a local hair salon with a late 90's bed. One that maxes out at 20 minutes. No hex here Sad
Anyway I suffored a burn that lasted two days then fell into a tan. That is how my skin normally behaves but the depth of the tan, especially on my back and stomach is very pleasing.
I've included a photo of the same area of my arm. In the second and third photo I have circled the same freckles to show the difference both in skin change and the darkening of freckles. BUT i realized that my boyfriends camera lens was really dirty and cleaned it before the 3rd photo, but there is no way to re-take the previous photos. The freckles circled have always stood out some and it is not clear in the first or second photo.

you've got to be happy with those results. What do you plan to do next, continue loading or maintenance?

Take it easy on the UV exposure,no need to burn! The peptide will need more time to give you better protection from burning. You look like you will suit a tan  Wink

Cold fish - Thanks! I'm very happy so far. Haha, but no one I work with has noticed yet! So i wanted to at least get noticed... I may just look more "normal" now because I'm the only pale face at an all native american business haha. But I'm not even half as dark as they. I'm not really sure where I'll be happy at  yet so I think I'll keep loading  until I find it.

jkboxo - I know I felt so dumb! I used to tan every day and could feel when I was getting too crispy. With the melanotan it really sneeks up on you! I didn't feel anything until 6 hours later...
