there is another carrier, maybe as effective as "dmso", it is called: "emu oil".

"dmso" is often used as a topical.
 
typical forskolin preparations use dmso as a carrier.
 
such a solution could have a relatively low amount of "dmso", the rest could be any other enhancer of choice ie.  "emu oil, coconut oil".
 
some amount of dmso is required.

where can pure concentrated and high quality forskolin be obtained?

pure forskolin is absolutely not affordable. The one I ordered ( and I already came across research that used the 20 pct version) is the one they're selling at www.smartpowders.com
Maybe it has to be purified. the powder looks very dark brown.
 
don't know which one they're using in the eyelash serum but the serum costs about 30 euros, so I can't imagine they have been using the expensive version in it unless very little is needed to be effective.

about 6 - 7 weeks, absolutely no results in skin or hair, did it on my arm and shaved that spot regularly. I already sent you the formula I got from a bodybuilding site, but maybe someone could elaborate on it ( don't know if it's a good formula, the guy claimed it should work and knew about my experiment with penetrate 2.0)

this topic is very very hard... without expirements it wont work

if you dont want to waste time you have to realize it will almost certainly only work with dmso.

it is easy:
 
mix dmso with forskolin as per above amounts
then add water as per above amounts
 
note: if following the method above dmso will be about 6% or 5% or less of the entire solution, probably not enough to irritate.
 
only thing is maybe 20% forskolin powder not concentrated enough

the garlick smell shouldnt be too much because dmso is a low percentage of the solution, and the smell can be covered up later if there is any faint smell.
 
it was already proven to work, as shown above, then after it is working, there is plenty of opportunity to experiment with different variations/additions etc., but the main thing for now is to get it working.
 
just use the method above with as high a potency forskolin that can be reasonably afforded.
 
with 20% forskolin powder, multiply the forskolin in the directions above by 5x, and then add that amount of 20% forskolin powder.
 
follow the directions exactly according to the way it was already done before.
