They seem to be taking peoples money and not sending the goods. you'll be lucky to even get a reply once you email them.! i've used liquidsun in the past with no problems but seems like no one's getting their orders sent.
 
until they rectify what is actually going on and get these orders sent out....... i suggest that everyone should stay clear of this company!
 
i made an order on december 2nd....... was awaiting shipment for about 25 days.... then maked as 'shipped' (but no tracking number given)........ STILL NOTHING RECEIVED!!!

I'm shocked to read your comments as I've used them last year and the year before when they were called easy tan and found them really good to deal with. They've always answered all my queries on email promptly: usually from a guy called James. In fact, I was just looking up their web address to place an order as I'm going away at Easter. Be interested to hear what other people have to say before I place an order this year.

i just got an order through from a different company (who are cheaper...and quicker lol). i will not go with liquid sun again after this!
all i can do is make people aware that if they DO order from liquidsun................ you will be lucky to receive it. go with someone else! (at least until this company sort themselves out!... if they ever do!?)

I've ordered a couple of times from www.tansolutions.com and have had no problems whatsoever with their products. Recommended.
 
P.S. And no, i don't work for them nor make any money promoting their website or products.

I ordered the 20mg starter pack from liquidsun on the 23rd November 2010 and FINALLY received my order YESTERDAY !! I spent numerous hours messaging Tony (sumone who kept replying my emails) basicly causing chaos ..never have I known anyone to have to wait for 50 days for a small order ! He also didnt send any free gifts for my wait he offered a 10% discount for my next order I think it's because he knows I'm not going to order from them again haha !!

I bought on the 30th Decemeber and was charged withn 24 hours. I sent 2 emails over the course of the next 5 days asking when it would be shipped....and got no response, until my order was updated to being shipped (11th).
 
 I have sent an email every day asking for a tracking number....no response.
 
I finally sent an email asking for a tracking number or a refund within 48 hours. If i dont get either I will claim a chargeback on my visa and then report to trading standards and the police.

I ordered from liquid sun on 5th Dec - i got an email a week later to say customs had taken the shipment and they would sent as soon as it arrived.  Still nothing by end of Dec - emailed "tony" who apologised and sent me a freebie of 10ml when it eventually arrived last week.

Just an update - Checked Liquidsun site today to check on progress of order (ordered pre christmas). It was shipped on the 14th and tracking number confirms this. Tracking says has been passed onto australia post so should receive it this week.
 
just letting people know that it should eventually arrive.

i believe if u payed by credit card you can call your company  within a period of around 90days i think of making the transaction to oppose the sale, obviously on the grounds that these scum bags aren't honoring the sale
