OK i know i haven't been good about updating and answering msges... anyway i stopped taking melanotan II about 3 weeks ago, right after spring break. But during break i went crazy w/ tanning - like i layed out for 9 days straight in the Florida sun plus i was still taking melanotan.. yes i know that is overexposure so u dont have to try and convince me of that! needless to say i got really really really freakishly dark, like literally pitch black from head to toe.. i notice people staring all the time and i admit it does NOT look natural anymore, cuz my skin got too dark for someone even of African descent with my hair and eyes..   even tho i stopped taking melanotan and have limited my uv exposure since then, it hasn't faded very much at all! Have other people who have gotten very dark with melanotan II found that their tans faded really slowly?? i'm sure it will start to fade more over time but at this point its hard to imagine my skin ever going completely back to the color it was before. I've never heard anything about melanotan II producing permanent changes in skin color.. is it possible tho? Thanks!

It took about 8 month for my tan to fade and to be honest my skin has never gone back to been as pale as it was before i fell pregnant. It'snot brown by any means but its not deadly while anymore either.

Well its been almost 5 months since i completely stopped taking melanotan II... after i stopped i limited my uv exposure my skin did start to lighten up over the next few months, but it was reaaallly slow. face and arms and hands were quickest to fade and my stomach was def slowest and still hasn't faded nearly as much probably cuz that's where i got the darkest.. it was crazy, my stomach after spring break was literally pitch black without even any brown undertones, i just couldnt believe it!!!!! ive faded probably a bit faster the last couple months but i also notice that even now if i get uv exposure and especially if i lay outside i get dark REALLY fast, like a lot faster than before melanotan II..like i layed out three days in a row for probably 10 hours total last week and am pretty much black again - not even close to how dark i was when i was taking melanotan II but still really dark, like darker than i ever was b4 before melanotan II.. so i think there are definitely still lingering effects. but from everything ive seen the effects of melanotan II arent permanent and eventually i will go back to the same as before. hmmm, guess i'll find out..

Im type 2 skin and took melanotan II about a year and half ago and have never gone back to my original color. My tan did fade but never went back to normal, Im still white but seem my skintone have change to a light brownish color. Also I can get a tan without using melanotan, not as dark though. I was wondering anyone else experienced this??

No I have stopped using it completely. I dont really care about getting a dark tan I just like the darker skin tone. Anyway i get a tan now not really dark thought.

ok... so i suppose i need to post an old pic for comparison. this is from about a couple years ago after not tanning at all for a couple months ... i look sooooooo pale, just WOW!!!  

Here's me after a week of Florida sun.. its really amazing how much darker i got from laying out compared to just going to the salon!!!  i was already dark brown before spring break but after a couple days i started noticing more black undertones, and they just kept getting deeper esp on my stomach..  

wow that is amazing....what is ur natural skin type ??....i weny thru a stage when i first used where i literally was black but fuck that is crazy black !!!

WOW. Do you have any recent pics of your skin color? I was not aware that melanotan II could change a persons race. This is the darkest I have ever seen a person change. I have been following this peptide for years and have never seen a white person change into a sub-saharan black person. Truly stunning. You really are darker than 99.9% of black people. What were the reactions of your family?

LoL. The race comment was in jest  .  I think she is much darker that wolfi. The last pic posted is darker than most black people. Amazing for a caucasian to gt this dark.
