Lost my old pass, so I had to create a new account.  
 
Is anyone actually PM-ing you guys? Seems hopeless, but here goes. I'm also looking for an European source. Closer the Scandinavia the better. UK is fine.

I get mine here when they are having a blow out sale. It is cheap and works for me. It is the first one on the search result.
