Mole Removal Thread

I don't know if there is a thread around specifically on mole removal if there could I get a link to it, if not then I guess I can start one.
I have about 30 "new" moles on my face that I can't stand and I was relying on IPL to have them removed seeing how that worked for redbeard, I have done a search on the internet and so many people has said IPL doesn't remove moles it actually makes them darker?

I am very confused and I am wanting to be reassured I won't have to keep these ugly moles on my face. Red Beard mentions Radio Surgitron, is this something different than IPL?

no clue where you have been researching

ipl removes moles though it makes them darker for a couple of days and then the body naturally breaks down the pigment and there gone

not actual lumpy moles just the flat ones

the pigment is gone or superficially reduced when the ipl laser zapps the melanin in the mole
