I am going to try to introduce bremelanotide (PT-141) as a suppository bolus.  Basically squirt 2 units through the rectum and into the colon.  Any educated guesses as to whether this will work?  It works with meds.

I bet it will...and probably faster than subcutaneous ROA (may enter bloodstream even faster). Just be sure to remove the needle before injecting!!!! Smiley
Let us know how it works for you.
 
I wonder if anyone has just gone IV?

I see this as somewhat invasive and less practical in comparison to injections, however each to their own.
