Scott: I am sorry to read that the conversion to VB proved to be problematical. I was wondering whether or not it might prove practical to simply leave YABB in place and require that all new posts, as well as replies to existing posts be made to VB. In this way, we, the members, would simply be required to pick up where we left off by restarting the existing threads as well as establishing new threads in the VB software, while still being able to log in the YABB for research and data mining work. Members could simply add or delete or change one or two characters in their passwords and migrate between the two boards by way of hyperlinks. Could this be a workable solution? or am I missing something obvious? Anyhow, Happy Holidays to you and all the community here.
