Melanotan.org forum to be converting to vBulletin!

A big head's up to forum users.

Thanks to a generous donation from forum member FatalCure, Melanotan.org will be switching forum software over to vBulletin in this next week or so.

Melanotan.org is currently in the process of converting this YaBB 2.1 forum to the latest build of vBulletin.

vBulletin is going to provide a much larger level of capability and professionalism to the site and will make the site much more useful and accessible on a number of levels.

That said the switch over is liable to be a bit bumpy. To help smoothen the transition I encourage all active members to verify their membership details and especially to verify that the e-mail address used for registration is up-to-date.
In making this conversion (which I am performing myself) every effort is being made to make the transition as painless as possible but there is a chance that folks will be slightly inconvenienced in possibly having to update password details.

In order to facilitate this transition I'm going to be providing a special e-mail address that folks will be able to write to in the event that they have too much difficulty in making the transition.

This conversion is going to be a bit of work and will likely require a bit of patience from everyone but in the long run this is going to greatly benefit everyone in terms of having increased functionalities (ie: a better search function) and performance.

A big thanks to FatalCure for donating a current license for vBulletin and thereby making this transition possible.

Ask someone to PM you and see what email account you get the PM notice in. Or, just note where you get emails from the system to when someone responds to a thread you are watching. That is the email account you registered with.
