PMLE is one of the conditions that the Clinuvel company is  testing the drug for before it is approved by the various drug regulating agencies. The results seem promising.
It might be worth trying it. Where do you live?

Since you live in Canada, the two US suppliers most people are using are Tanresearch and Uslabresearch. I have ordered from Tanresearch and was happy with their service. Their discount code to use at checkout is ( melanotan.org ) all lower case letters. Disclaimer- I have no personal or financial relationship with them.
On the opening page, there is a catagory- Buying and selling melanotan, melanotan II, bremelanotide (PT-141). look there for specific seller information
Should you decide to order, remember you also need syringes and Bacteriostatic water ( one bottle ) is plenty. The alcohol wipes you can buy at any pharmacy.

Considering that is the condition chosen by clinuvel to get afamelanotide (CUV 1647) to the market, one would think this would be a very definite yes. I doubt they would bother going to phase 3 trials if it is wasn't working!
