He did not make a wrong diagnosis. Even if he did, medicine is not a "get your money back" business.
And you are so wrong about having healthy skin once the mole is gone. What if it was the tip of a melanoma that had invaded through the skin? Gotten into the bloodstream and spread? It's not as simple as just cutting off the top.
