OK all, this has been a long time coming but I finally got around to it. Instead of a chart, this time I think I'll just provide a formula to calculate dosage per injection and some guidelines to follow. The formula and guidelines are meant for the broad population of experimenters and will most likely be a good fit for 85% of you. So without further adieu ...
 
First, the non-metric version:
 
A = total mg of melanotan II in vial
B = your weight in lbs
C = (0.0025 * B) = mg per injection
D = A / C = total injections
E = D * 0.3-0.5 = amount of diluant to add to vial
 
For metric users, apply the kg to lbs conversion ...
B = 2.205 * your weight in kg
 
Once you know the number of "total injections" that can be obtained from the given amount of peptide in the vial ... you will then be able to fill the vial with diluant based on that number. You do that by multiplying the total injections by the amount of diluant you wish to use per injection. My preference is anywhere from 0.3cc to 0.5cc or 30-50 mark on your syringe.
 
Here's an example ...
 
A = 10mg in vial
B = 200 lbs
C = 0.0025 * 200 = 0.5mg per injection
D = 10mg / 0.5mg = 20 injections
E = 20 * 0.3cc = 6cc diluant
 
Therefore, 6cc of diluant must be added to the vial containing 10mg of peptide. One should then draw up 0.3cc (or to the 30 mark of the syringe) per each injection ... totaling 20 injections at the recommended concentration of peptide.
 
If one becomes adjusted to this concentration AND does not experience side-effects AND wishes to increase the consumption rate, I would recommend doing 2-3 injects per day spaced out over even intervals of time. The less preferable route would be to draw up more solution into the syringe per injection, but you would do this at an increased risk for side-effects. It has been proven in dosage trials by Clinuvel that using less peptide delivered in a slow-release fashion is significantly more effective at increasing melanin than if delivered in greater amounts all at once.
 
For most first-time Type-I/II users, you will likely need to get through at least 30-40mg. As you can see from the formula, this may take some time to complete. You may wish to up the concentration by drawing up more solution per inject, but only if you experience no sides. Once you have completed your first cycle you will be on maintanence dosing. At that point, the above formula should be the way to go. I'd say 10mg per 4-6 weeks for maintenance.

It calculates the dilution rate, and tells you how many units you need to draw to acheive your required amount of melanotan. Then all you need to do it tell is how many units you've actually injected, and it will keep track of how much melanotan you've taken, and how much is left in the vial. I may be biased, but I think it's rather nifty.

In the case where your vial only holds a certain amount of diluant ... which is smaller than the amount you calculated ... you'll have to work backwards from the total amount of diluant you can put in your vial. In this case, to maintain the correct concentration of peptide per inject, you'll be relying on drawing up solution into your syringe to a prescribed mark.
 
A = 10mg in vial

If E is capped at 5cc because of vial volume, determine X.
X = E / D = 5cc / 20 = 0.25cc
 
Therefore, when loading your syringe, only draw to the 25 mark to maintain equal concentration.

Just ordered my first batch and I was curious with this formula you have, could you do it at that dosage with one injection per day or would two injections per day be best?

Regarding the Excel spreadsheet:  It all seems very well put together but I'm a little thrown off by the term "units" of bacteriostatic water.  After hunting around in the forum it appears I'm not the only one.
 
I'm assuming 300 units of bac. water would be the equivalent of 3mL.  Would that be a correct assumption?

In another thead it sais "The reconstituted melanotan II will begin to degrade around 2 weeks in the fridge." - I weigh 67 kg. This would mean i needed to inject about 0.4mg per injection --> It would take me about 25 days to empty the 10mg vial. But wouldnt this mean I would take "degraded" melanotan after 14 days?  

yeah thats right. but in case of only one injection per day it would take me 24 days.  
The qustion is simple: Is there anything to do to prevent the reconstituted melanotan from degrading after 14 days? (thats what i meant with "this question might be asked before...")
