You know using an unlicensed and unregulated drug like melanotan II is not a joke. If you're serious about wanting help then do a bit of reading and then come back and ask for help if you still need it.

If you injected 1 mL of water into a vial of 10 mg of melanotan II then you have a concentration of 1 mg per 0.1 mL.
On a 1 mL syringe there should be 100 tick marks. Is that how you have?

Ok so at that concentration level for every tick mark drawn up one will be drawing up 10 mg / 100 (tick marks) so 0.1 mg. If one draws up 5 tick marks' worth of solution then one will have roughly 0.5 mg of peptide in the syringe. This is a bit high and it would be more advisable to draw up only 3 tick marks' worth (again at that concentration level) to give 0.3 mg to start.

I'm so confused about the calculation - if its 2.205 does that mean 2.205 mls times the weight?

I am 52kgs and a type two skin type - can somebody please advise me on what I should take?

Some websites say it should be 0.5 ml for every kg, whereas this website has a completely different calculation.

I'm planning on taking it for 3 months just for summer - I live in Australia and am sick of being so pale.

Hey guys, you are all so knowledgeable its great. I just brought my first batch its on its way i brought 50 mg with the bacteriostatic water also. Can you help me work out how much i should be using? what would be the dilution of the bacteriostatic water for me? and what syringe should i go and buy/ what is best? thanks in advanced i have been very much impressed with the knowledge on this forum...

After reading this discussion board I am even more confused than ever, I am 78kgs, type 3 skin and I want to get a tan fairly gradually as I already suffer from intense motion sickness and am worried about the side affects. What would you recommend my daily dosage to be? And how do I achieve that (aka how much sterile water do I mix into the vile etc)

Since the dose is so small, type 3's usually add 2 cc's of bac water to their vial (200 units on a standard insulin syringe). That makes 5 units the dose for .25 mgs.
