My pleassure if you find the log informative. There is not much more I can say about my usage without repeating myself in absurdum. Therefore my rare replies.  
To answer your question! My skin never went back to what it once was from my 4 months off the peptide and 8 months without UV. What I can say with certainty though is that face and hands loose colour first, atleast for me. Same pattern every year. This happens after I don't get UV for a month or two. I can keep the colour on the body with 1 injection/week without UV exposure surprisingly good but not on my hands and face.
I have troubles with my calves this is somethingI see every winter aswell. They get very patchy when I cycle off. I think the skin there is dryer than the rest of my body and therefore loose it's colour more rapidly. Doesen't look good at all actually. Lucky me that I'm married Good thing is that they seems to tan very fast when I expose them again.  
 
My plan was to start in May with this year's cycle. But a week before I actually started I exposed myself for a day in the yard and got slightly burnt. So I decided to start earlier. I know some people say that you can't see results after a week or just after two injections but there is no doubt that it had impact on the skin. After a whole day in early spring sun was the result brown colour and just  little red on my shoulders.  
My forearms started to tan not only on the front side but also around. That is for me a clear sign that the peptide works. Otherwise I would just receive colour exactly where the sun strikes. That what happend the week before. My nipples are also dark brown at the moment which is also a good indicator that my melanocytes are active.
I saw you log Carla and you are beatyful as you are, Don't forget that For me it's not much to put at stake if you know what I mean  So take it with sanity!

I'm just out of the shower so I can look at my chest and establish that the white spots I was talking about has not increased neither in size or in number. If anything the opposite. What caused them to appear in the first place is something I don't know. I can say after I understood that they would not spread I have'nt thought about them and they are not an issue at all.  
What do happen though is that my calves get itchy and dry in the winter time and loose colour on those spots, it seems to be more prominent each year. The good thing is that they gain colour very quick while I start to expose them again.  
 
I think you make a vise decision to start with low doses. When you think about how a low type two with red hair and freckles like myself can get the colour I've got, this stuff must be pretty potent, don't you think!

A short update on this years cycle:
After a loading phase of a few daily injections (0,25) have I gone over to every fourth day injections. This is enough for getting a good tan. I can see that my colour is a little more red in it's shade compared to last  year, but I tan overall even on hands and fingers, and our summer has just started. I'm pretty sure I could get significantly darker than I am today with right UV exposure. But since my colour is not that deep brown I would not feel comfortable to expose myself to heavy UV with this regime. I don't think I would burn though but I guess I would stress my skin more than what's good for me.  
I have no side effects while taking melanotan alone. I did the misstake to inject right after I have taken 12 drops of mms once, which got me almost unreal nasauted that lasted a whole day. Besides from that no side at all. Still using melanotan bought last year, from my judgement it seems just as potent as last year. I have also for the first time freezed and preload the syringes to avoid the hassle with diluting new vials so often.

Anyway! No I will not go Henry Porter dark this summer I will try to dose so I get a more "normal" shade. I think most of it comes down to the sunexposure to be honest not so much on the dosing not for us that heve been on it for a while at least. I haven't started on my supplements yet. I didn't want to mix them with my mms trial. But now when I'm of mms I think I will start again.  
 
Like Dylan said back in 1965.. Keep a good head Jaques and always carry a lightbulb  Have to go, my wife is yelling again, will this never stop??

Jag har varit dålig på att svara på pm på sistonde, men jag tittade in precis men såg inte ditt. Jag är bara här sporadiskt nu för tiden, men var det nåt viktigt så kan du skicka det igen så tittar jag in i veckan.

I'm off the peptide at the moment and have been so since somewhere in August, haven't really kept track of my regime this season. But if my memory serves me well I stoped with regular injections(every 3-5 day) in July and then had just sporadic one or two injections in August.  
I know there are people here that says that a dose that low won't  yield you any results. I can just say! let everybody take care of themselfs. When I came to this board was the common dose 1mg /day. Not many people would take that dose today, so times they are a changing, as some wise person have said
To sum it up Ben so is this the longest brake I have had off the peptide since I started back in 06!
 
I feel little uneasy by the fact to self-inject myself again after the long time away from it. I don't know why I have that feeling but it's very prominent. I have thought of taking a few injections this fall but cancelled it beacuse of this wariness I feel. I can't point finger on anything specific. Pehaps I'm just not motivated enough. I don't know, nothing has really changed or happend.  
 
I must say that I'm very happy by the way my colour holds up after a this long time without the peptide and UV exposure. It is almost that I'm start to think that my natural abblillity to produce melanine has improved over this last three years. Last couples of winters I can't remember that I had this "different" shade of complexion even though I was on injections then. Rosacea sympthoms are very limited on the border to none existent.
