kiss I'm very new to this and have been using Melanotan II, i have been injecting 1.0mg every other day as suggested at bed time to reduce any unwanted effects, I do suffer with a headache which seems to fade through the day, I have also notice that my adominal muscles ache as they would if i had over done it in the gym! other than that i have been fine.  But i had to find a supplier which i have done it came un mixed. I have mixed it myself the melanotan II must have been placed in the vial in a control inviroment as it was vacumed and as soon as i put needle in with Bac water it was drawn out, with slight pressure from me towards the end.it now sits in the fridge ready for use!  I since herd bad press about about Easytan Europe who i brought it from, and i'm concerned to use it! Has any one else used this company? i have found out that they are based in the uk!

I realise that this post is 3 months old but I'd like to know what bad press you had heard about us (Easytan Europe).  With now over 1,200 customers we have had no complaints about our products.  We did have a bad spell with our delivery methods but we have now changed our whole delivery system, so all UK orders are guarenteed to be delivered the following day.

We always say that if anybody isn't happy with what they have bought from us then we will either refund you or give you a replacement, which ever you decide.  So please, if ever you do have any problems, contact us and we will help you.

Bullet -- couple more things.  I just read your original post and can already say one thing with almost 100% certainty.  If you honestly think that before you got tan you had not a single white spot (or ligher spots) on your body, I'm bold enough to say you're wrong.  I have not seen a single person yet when looking with close inspection that doesn't have white spots or spots with ligher pigmentation than the majority of their skin.  I look at people of all colors now and see white or lighter spots randomly on virtually all of them.  Would I (or they) have ever noticed before I actually started looking, absolutely not.  If you would have asked me 2 months ago if I had white spots, I would have said no.  I would have been wrong.

It's defintiely more severe on some people, but seems to be a phenomenon present on most people.

Couple of questions.  How long have you been taking melanotan II?  How much do you take each time?  How much bac water do you use per shot?  Are you still taking it?
yeah i agree that you definantly had spots before you started the injectiond, i run an IPL Laser busines and skin is the main focus of my business, there are too many reasons to agree everyone has spots of some type you just dont see them but they are there, and sometimes with sun exposure and age they become more prominant also if the surrounding skin colour changes they will stand out more for sure

I just thought I'd say that I myself had heavy side affects after having a break from melanotan 2and then going back on it. I was worried at first that my supplier had changed his stuff or something. It seems more likely though my body has built up this allergic reaction to the peptide.

It was horrible, felt like everything was swelling up and my skin was so itchy I wanted to scratch it off. I almost passed out in a sun shower.

I'll admit, it wasn't nice. But I don't want to scare people. I'm sure melanotan II will be safe for me to use if I take an intihistamine? If so which would you recomend?

Hi,

Your information has been so helpful!

My friend and I have been taking Melanotan II for approximately 7 weeks ( 2 weeks daily loading & then once weekly maintenance doses) and in the last 3 weeks we have found that the nausea is becoming intolerable and have also vomited with the last does taken a few days ago.  This is our second time using Melanotan II - the first lot we used approximately 18 months and had similar symptoms but no where near as severe.

It would appear from your write up that our bodies are producing an allergic type reaction?  Would you think that taking an anti-histamine will help our bodies to bypass the allergic reaction of nausea?

In your opinion, do you think that melanotan-1 is a safer option?  And can you still purchase this?

Thanks  Smiley

Google "tinea versicolor"

Your spots may or may not be due to this.

Just rinse your skin with a selenium sulfide shampoo (Selsun Blue or a generic store brand) in the shower when you shower and it will gradually go away.

You don't need a lot. Just mix about a teaspoonful with water in your hand and run it all over your body toward the end of your shower and then rinse quickly leaving a thin film on your skin.

No need to put straight shampoo on your skin and leave it on. That will just irritate your skin.

Just stop the fungus from growing and it will naturally slough off as your skin does and the new skin will be fungus free.

The fungus blocks UV light and causes the spots.

 Cool

long be tan ok here goes  i started about 2 years ago with 50 mg from pro research i did about 5 sunbeds and enough uv to show a tan if i was gonna get 1 and i didnt. anyway i developed a couple of white spots on my forearm very noticable towards the rest of my skin. my 2nd trial i used about 70mg sinepop, i got a tan thank god, i also did sunbeds and natural sunlight. that was last summer and the months following that i started 2 notice more and more white spots on my forearms they received the most uv. I also got a white patch under my left eye, its not total loss of pigment but partial loss. I dont have vitiligo just sunspots im now on my 3rd trial,  30mg in and praying i dont get more of these spots. I put 200 units into 10 mg vials and draw out up tp the 30cc point so about 6 ish injections per 10 mg vial i weigh 77 kg. by the way when my tan faded the white spots are apparent and noticable, so if they where there before i certainly wouldnt have missed them they are just to noticable to the rest of my skin and right where i can see them on my forearms.

Like a few other participants on this forum, i have now reached the stage where i have had 2 very serious allergic reactions to melanotan II. Itchy skin, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps etc however as i am so pale i need to find a solution. I've read the attached posts and no one appears to have answered the questions on whether they have experienced an allergic reaction and whether taking anti-histamin 45-60 mins before melanotan II prevents the allergic reaction (which ive read can be life threatening!!). A response or info would be really helpful. Does the melanotan II still work? Thanks

hey, i've also experienced vomitting, dirhea when using melanotan II but only if I've eaten something.
Doctor found out that I've a Gastritis TYPE C right now. Could it be related to the use of melanotan II?

I take right now very low dosages of melanotan II without anti-histamine.

Which anti-histamine could you recommend for me?`And will it really help`??`

Kind regards

Gastritis with Melanotan II

OK. I'm just making this stuff up. Fair warning.

I too have had some severe gastric burning after Melanotan II.

Melanotan II has a molecular structure that is similar to pentagastrin. I have included links that show the molecular structures of both Melanotan II and pentagastrin.
They are not exactly the same but you can imagine that the molecules may "look" the same to the body when "viewed" from certain sides. That is how molecules bind to receptors in the body - sort of. It may be even more true after Melanotan II starts to be metabolized and is broken down into smaller parts - just look at the molecular structures and "squint". (joke) Remember, I AM MAKING THIS STUFF UP!

Now, read the effects of pentagastrin. Does that sound like reported side effects of Melanotan II? I think so. Pentagastrin is a potent stimulator of acid secretion in the stomach. There may well be some cross stimulation of acid secretion in the stomach by Melanotan II or one of it's breakdown parts when it is metabolized.

So, what does this mean to experimenters like us?

Just guessing, but I would say it couldn't hurt to take an antihistamine like Zyrtec and an H2 blocker like Tagamet at least an hour before injecting. If I were only going to take one I would take the Tagamet.

As usual, calculate your doses and dilutions very carefully and start with a low dose. Remember, if what is in your bottle has problems all bets are off. Caveat Emptor.

Remember also, even if I sound like I know what I am talking about I AM MAKING THIS UP!

Hello,
I am currently writing a paper on melanotan II for a university assignment and whether or not there are actual risks associated with the use. I need to talk to people who have used it for over a year and more, and whether or not they have had any health related issues from using the drug. I would also like to talk to people who are really against it and if so why? I have read some articles from dermatologists that suggest moles have turned to "almost melanomas" which does not make any sense, as I did not think anything could be an almost melanoma. So please pm me if you are willing to give up some time to answer some questions and explain your side of things.
Thank you,
Sarah
