I got my shipment today from IBE.  They sent me the wrong stuff.   I ordered sterile and got nasal.  It came quickly and I was so excited to try it that I shot some of the stuff up my nose right away.  No effect yet after about 8 sprays.  melanotan II from MR works much better so far.  I'll keep you posted after I try it again.  The product was NOT shipped with any insulation or ice like MR.  Maybe storage is more important than IBE realizes?

I know melanotan II degrades (slowly) in liquid form when in the refrigerator. I'd venture a guess and say that it degrades MUCH faster at room temp when in liquid form.
 
Since bremelanotide (PT-141) is so close to melanotan II, I would think it degrades at the same rate.  
 

I'm happy to hear that IBE is re-shipping. That's good customer service.
 
I hope to hear your results once yours get shipped. I ordered late last week and hope it's packed well too, as mine is coming into Canada.

I got the steril packed in ice.  Tried 1.25mg which should be way more than necessary.  No result.  I don't knowwhat is wrong; but, I think I'll wait for a while and just use melanotan II until things settle down.  
IBE responded properly but the product seems to lack potency.  I will try the remaining 3.75 mg tonight and report back.

I tried 5mg of sterile bremelanotide (PT-141) sub-Q.  I should be going off like a cannon.  Nothing!  I will stick with melanotan II until I hear someone has results.

 Try taking Tums before the melanotan II shot and bosting the dose by about 20%.  Wait 3-4 hours then find something stimulating.  If you don't get results you may have to wait for bremelanotide (PT-141) (the real stuff).

I take 2mg and I'm 185 lbs.  I think you can take that much but you'll probably have a stomach ache.  I took Tums and it seemed to reduce the stomach problem.  Maybe it was just my imagination; but, I've tried it a couple of times now.  I had been taking lower doses last year and had no stimulation.  My expience tells me that you need AT LEAST .01 mg/lb.  You should certainly see results at 2mg.  I just hope your stomach can take it.  I read your posts about rapid heart beat.  Have you always had that experience?  Maybe it was stress related?

Already tried 2 mgs of melanotan II. Am afraid to go even higher, God knows what will happen? I don't think anyone on the board has gone higher than 2 or 3 mgs.

There are people who try 2-3mg at ones and start puking for 2 days.
 

I just found the following reference to dosage and storage.  Too bad it follows the chinese guy with the teeny weaner:

More like a refrigerated box. But it uses a great many ice packs and they are still frozen when I open the insulated box. The drug is then stored in a common refrigerator, b/w 2 & 5 degrees C. King's rep at Quintiles (the lab on the study) just checked the temp last week. So, its not a matter of degredation once in solution, but rather how it is handled once in solution. Doses are either 10 or 5mg for the study. It works on men, there is no doubt about it. I have several patients who will attest to that. So, its not that bremelanotide (PT-141) is crap either. Its either your supplier, the way you or him handle it, or its dose related. They are very stingy with this drug. King's own rep tells me there is very little of it in existence. Now he may or may not know what he's talking about, may be exaggerating, or whatever. But if in fact that is the case, I find it very hard to believe you are able to purchase it in mass quanity with any kind of reasonable quality.
