Ive noticed the fatigue also. Have you reached the limit or do you think that you could go even darker, not that you need to. I was told by a user that you can take like 3mg ED for the maintenance week and so long as you combine that with a sh!t load of sun that there is vertualy no limit to the darkness you can create. What do you think now that youve completed the experiment?

P.S.    Do you pinch yourself sometimes when you see how healthy and alive you look now?

I'm pretty sure I could go darker. Not sure how much, but I suspect if I stayed down in the DR for a week, I'd be as brown as a type 4. I do have to pinch myself sometimes, though I guess I'm getting used to it. I just can't believe the before photos. I've been tan now for almost four months. Even when I hadn't gotten any sun for a month, I'd still wake up in the morning and look at my chest and be amazed at how brown it looked.

My skin type is exactly like Spencer's and I have red hair. Although I've been told that a tan would look peculiar with my hair color I'm still going to try Spencer's exact regiment early next spring.  I will most likely be getting all my sun from a tanning bed after I take a full month of dosages.

Spence, you've mentioned your dosage routine but what about your tanning maintenance.  When you're not in some exotic location flooded with intense sunshine how many tanning bed sessions do you do?  And are they right after the maintenance cycle or are they more spread out?  I'm sure it takes a lot less uv to achieve your apex than it did initially.

First off, the people who say a tan would look peculiar with red hair are F.O.S. It looks a damn sight better than no tan, trust me.

As to my sun exposure in maintenance mode. You can pretty much get sun exposure at any point. I've gone to the tanning salon maybe four times in the past two months. I went once right before I started my 5 ED injections. The other three times were pretty much right after. You definitely don't need much exposure, but then again, sitting in the tanning booth or being in the Caribbean is a whole lot different than lying out in the sun in a place like Arizona in November...

I took my first injection of melanotan II last night and I read over spencer's log...

"About an hour in, nausea got worse. Not so bad I ever felt I was going to run for the bathroom, but uncomfortable. I also started stretching and yawning. Now these felt good, really good. When the stretch was done, though, the nausea would be waiting. Then the erections hit. Good God... I must have had one all night..."

Ditto.  I felt like hell last night, but with an erection the whole time.    ...and it's weird just how good the stretching feels.  ...yawning, nausea all there.  It was pretty miserable, but mirroring (the rest of) your results would be fantastic.  hehe.

It seems that natural sun light would give a better tan..

I wouldnt say that natural sun light works better its just that you spend so much more time in it when you are outside (in the summer) at the beach swimming for example and thats what gets the melanotan II cranking. I never thought that i would get as dark as i did.  Without any peeling skin at all and i spent some serious time in the sun this summer to test this stuff out. Id have to give it 9 out of 10 for uv protection and an 8 out of 10 for the cosmetic effect.

Spencer, any chance we can get an update?  Are you still injecting and if so, how many times/week?

from reading spencers posts..he was taking it every other day and got those unbelievable results. it leads me to belive that melanotan kicks in around the 3-4 week mark no matter if someone is taking it every day or every other day. i think its the length of time that is more important then "overdosing" as some people are doing.

The results are amazing. My skin type is exactly the same like Spencer's except the eye color (have blue eyes).
I'm dreaming to get a tan like this since years!!!

Hope melanotan II will work the same way like it did at spencer.

And by the way, whats up with him? Would be great to hear something of him!

Spencer you are a legend!

I can't believe this, dis is truly dope!! Im a redhead, group 1 or 2, and this stuff defo seems like its gonna be the answer! Loved your first 2 posts, very interesting indeed!

Ok simply 2 questions for ya bro,
1: how much did you pay altogether to achieve your tan?mel version 2 right?
2: your original skin type is exactly the same as mine, BUT im a lil confused, as i never tan in a sun booth, however are you telling me that through the aid of these injections, and a sun booth it enabled you to tan also (meaning you would not have tanned previously in a booth), if so that is crazy!!! Smiley

Hope to hear from ya, and thanks for sharing your experience.

PEACE

This thread really gives hope for many of us whities!

I am really interested to know what it will do to me.  Looking at some of spencers before shots I look exactly like him.  The only slight difference is my has no hint of red at all, even though my grandmother was a full red-head - it's strange beaause when I was young I used to have very blonde, almost white hair, and lots of freckles, but as I got older my hair went medium-dark brown, and my freckles mostly faded, leaving behind horribly white skin that refuses to tan! My skin is very type 1, with some frecking on my arms, shoulders, and face.  I have never been able to tan, and burn so easily it's not funny! And growing up in western Australia where the sun constantly beats down it's a constant reminder that I'm not built for this type of climate.  I have irish AND scottish ancestry which probably helps explain it but it's always been annoying because I have 2 brothers that have no problem getting a tan!

I should be starting my first cycle in the next few weeks. I will let you all know how it goes - hopefully it works in me too.

Maybe he has just become like Kelly Clarkson.  American Idol made her famous and changed her life but now she thinks that she is better than that and will not admit where her roots were and what actually made her who she is now.  She won't even perform on American Idol or go to the finals any more.

Well I remember when spencer was here all the time and posted, he's a busy guy, seemed like he was travelling the world every other month.
He answerd all my questions back in the days and he has really answerd all your questions in his detailed log.
I think we should be thankful, theres not many doing so.

Comparing him to a teenage pop bitch idol is atleast wrong, imagine getting a great tan yourself, would you really be sitting inside infront of your computer ? or would you be out enjoying life?
Ofcourse it'd be great if he visited once a month and gave some updates but he has really been to great help. Without him and his success story I doubt so many would be experimenting with this and give reports which make us learn more

I agree that spencer's log is perhaps one of the most informative, detailed, and encouraging log on this forum.  This is one of the reason why I suggested in a new topic I started 2 days ago, to encourage those who either finished experimenting or don't need to log in anymore, to come back every once in a while, like every other month or every 6 months, just to comment on their tanning status and any other health issue that is considered important to other melanotan users. I think this would be helpful because we need to be concerned with any long term effects that melanotan could produce, and some already began experimenting more than one year ago and should already be aware of any of these effects (if any) by now.

yeah I totally understand, ofcourse getting some longterm information from these guys would be awesome.
Theres people who started experimenting 3years ago, but I mean I would guess that if someone had a longterm negative effect from this, they'd come back, to seek help and spread the word..
